What Are We Going To Do With Him

Yes this cute little boy is giving me some trouble. I know hard to believe, you just look at that cute face and those long eyelashes with those oh so dreamy eyes and you have a "little boy". So much different than his sister. He walks around punching walls, poking, hitting and teasing and shooting guns. How do little boys learn all of that so fast.

Take last night, we put the kids to bed and do the normal routine. We kiss Kynlee good night, put Krayden's blanket on and I go in the hall to sing them some songs, so they can both hear and see me. After about 10 minutes Krayden is out of his bed and playing with his toys. I go lay him back down and am now laying by his bed so he stays in it, he tosses and turns, tells me he is not tired but is laying down still. I fall asleep somewhere and wake up to him hitting me with his blanket. By this time I am so tired I take him downstairs to lay him in my bed so maybe I can get some sleep. I must have been dreaming. By the time I get him in my bed it has been over an hour since we started to go to bed. He is kicking off the covers rolling over this way and that. He finally fell asleep after two hours of trying. Jon kept saying if I wasn't so tired and onery i might find it funny. Well today after a I semi good nights rest I find it funny. (Some what) I just hope that we haven't started something.

Krayden I love you so much and you do keep on my toes!! You bring so much joy and laughter into our family. I LOVE YOU!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JO

The 24th was Jolene's birthday, and we celebrated it with Jer, Hill and family. We had great time. Addi wants to start a tradition where we send balloons up to heaven with a little note to her mom. (we did it last year too). We met a Chick-fil-a and let the balloons go from the parking lot and then went in and had some dinner and the kids had icecream. It's a great way to remember the GREAT times we had. Kynlee was so cute as her balloon was flying off so "jo jo could catch it" she was saying "i love you Jo Jo, I miss you, I can't wait for Jesus to come so I can see you again." I think she summed it up very nicely. Trevin slept through the whole thing but of course we saved him a balloon of his own. I know that he doesn't get to see her on earth but I also think that he will know her when he sees her again, and she has a special place in her heart for him as she did for all her other nieces and nephews. He held his balloon so tight and he didn't want to let it go. To see more of Jo's birthday 2009 check HERE. Other's will be posting their celebrations later. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JO!! WE LOVE YOU!!

Trevin Dude is Three Months

I can't belive how time can fly so quickly!!! He is getting so big and brings so much joy into our home. You would think by now Kynlee and Krayden would stop fighting over who gets to sit by me when I feed him. He has the BEST brother and sister ever. His big smile melts my heart everytime and the best part is I don't have to work very hard to get one out of him. Hey little "dude" I love you so much, thank you for being such a great little boy.
Just look at those chubs
The many faces of the little dude

This one just might be one of my favorites. Sometimes if you just look at him he makes this face, and then will smile the biggest smile ever. Just look below. These were taken right after each other.

This is the smile that melts my heart. His whole face lights up. He smiles right up to his eyes. Little man you are the cutest ever. Thanks for coming to our family.

Random Pictures from Jon's Camera

I was just going through some pictures on Jon's camera and thought they were cute and since I use this as my journal of sorts I decided I would post.

Nothing Better Than DAD

Dad got them some Bass Pro Shop sweatshirts. Kynlee's has camo on it and she couldn't be more excited. "Now I can go hunting with Dad. See I have hunting clothes on."

Jon went on a hunting trip to Texas for five days and the kids thought he left them forever. We dropped Jon and Jeremy off at the airport and Kynlee cried all the way home. I kept telling her that he would be back and she kept informing me "but not for five days and that is a long time." Every once in awhile I would look at her and she would be teary eyed and when I asked her what was wrong she said she was just missing her dad. We were all happy when daddy came home!!
